Above Ground Comedy proudly presents Fleur de Laughs! WHO DAT Special Comedy Show featuring the south’s most hilarious open mic, hosted by CAMERON BREXLER, followed by great comedic performances from two of New Orleans best up-and-comers: BIG SONIC & TONY FREDERICK!
In an urban comedy scene that is screaming for a new generation of intelligent comedy, RENARD “BIG SONIC” DABNEY is a breath of fresh air. He can perform in front of any audience. His unique blend of story telling, one liners, observational, and relationship humor makes his show a smorgasbord of laughter. Being the father of twin boys is also an integral part of his comedy, and his kids are a major part of his inspiration. Big Sonic performed in the New Orleans comedy festival in February of 2009 and continues to perform all over the Gulf South.
TONY “CREOLE ACTOR” FREDERICK has acted in 19 Films and 8 Television programs and has been performing Stand-Up Comedy for just over 2 years. He is a member of Actors Equity Assocition and Screen Actors Guild where he serves as a member of the Screen Actors Guild National Comedians Committe.
